What to expect during a 1:1 session and how it is different than a "reiki" session?

​

Each session is broken out into three parts. First, we sit together and have a guided, spirit led discussion. In this protected and sacred space, we call on guides, angels and ancestors to share any relevant information that is needing to be addressed for your guidance and personal development.

​

Then, we take a journey to your inner landscape to understand and release energy. Everyone’s experience is vastly different, some people are able to recall past lives and forgotten memories, others feel various sensations throughout their bodies, see colors, hear sounds and all report a feeling of release and relaxation when the energy component of the session is complete. Each session is different; Reiki, Shamanic Womb Work, Cord Cutting, Quantum Healing Hypnosis are some of the modalities that can be used to support your healing and learning.

The final part of each session is instructional. We will discuss next steps - how you can weave what you have learned into your everyday life and continue your journey in embodying your higher-self.

 

All 1:1 sessions are virtual on zoom unless agreed upon beforehand.

Energy has no boundaries, in person and virtual sessions are the same in terms of effectiveness.
