During our time together you can expect to learn new skills, gain clarity and embark on a journey that will facilitate healing. Each person is unique and so each session is highly customized to best suit your needs. ​ Every session is intuitively guided and may include elements of: ​ Reiki Energy Work Meditation and Mindfulness Instruction Customized Visualization Techniques   Womb Work ​Shamanic Clearing and Cord Cutting Chakra Balancing  Oracle Card Reading Channeled Messages from Guides and/or Loved Ones Affirmation and Manifestation/Intention Instruction Best practice on clearing/re-charging your energy field & space Crystal, Ritual and Reading Recommendations Personalized 'Ritual Kit' is included in most sessions   ​ Each session will run 1.5-2 hours, virtually. In person sessions can be accommodated by special request.
