Service Description

Today’s teens (13-19) are under more pressure than ever—academically, socially, emotionally, and digitally. This service is designed to help adolescents understand stress, regulate their nervous systems, and build practical skills they can use in real life. Through age-appropriate mindfulness practices and simple neuroscience education, teens learn why stress feels the way it does and how to work with their bodies instead of fighting them. The focus of this session is on giving them a toolkit that supports emotional regulation, resilience, focus, and confidence.
