Service Description

In-person sessions may be arranged upon request.* This guided session is designed to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and cultivate greater mental clarity and emotional balance. Using evidence-informed mindfulness practices, breath work, and guided meditation, participants learn practical techniques that can be integrated into everyday life. Sessions may include grounding exercises, focused breathing techniques, guided awareness practices, and optional energy-based relaxation. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual or small group. Appropriate for ages 13 and up, sessions are offered one-on-one or in small groups, and are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
