What to Expect During a 1:1 Session: Each session unfolds in three intentional parts, designed to support stress reduction, emotional regulation, and deeper self-awareness, while creating space for personal insight and integration. Part I — Guided Reflective Conversation: We begin by settling into a calm, focused space and engaging in a guided conversation centered on your current experiences, intentions, and inner landscape. This conversation often brings clarity and perspective, allowing themes to emerge naturally and providing a foundation for the restorative work that follows. Part II — Intuitive Reiki Session: Next, we move into the Reiki portion of the session. You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state while gentle, non-invasive Reiki techniques support the body’s natural relaxation and self-regulation processes. Reiki is a Japanese healing practice developed in the early 20th century and is commonly used as a complementary approach to promote calm, balance, and overall well-being. Sessions are responsive rather than prescriptive, adapting to subtle cues such as breath, physical tension, and nervous-system state. Depending on your needs, supportive elements such as grounding techniques, breath awareness, gentle sound, or focused intention may be incorporated to enhance relaxation and integration. Each session is individualized and unfolds in a way that best supports your system in the moment. Part III — Integration & Next Steps: The final portion of the session focuses on integration. We’ll reflect on key themes or insights that emerged and discuss practical ways to carry this awareness into daily life. Session Format: 1:1 sessions are offered virtually via Zoom unless an in-person session is arranged. Virtual sessions are just as effective and supportive as in-person experiences.
