What is Biofield Therapy: Biofield Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive holistic practice that works with the body’s subtle energetic field — often referred to as the “biofield.” This field is believed to surround and interpenetrate the body and reflects the interconnected relationship between physical, emotional, mental, and energetic well-being. Through light touch or hands-above-the-body techniques, Biofield Therapy aims to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and overall energetic balance. Practices within this category may include Reiki, energy balancing, and other frequency- or intention-based modalities designed to encourage a greater sense of calm, clarity, and alignment. Many clients experience Biofield Therapy as deeply restorative and grounding, often reporting feelings of relaxation, emotional release, improved sleep, and an enhanced sense of well-being after a session. Sessions are typically individualized and may be integrated with mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, or reflective conversation to support the whole person. Biofield Therapy is considered a complementary wellness practice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or psychological care. Instead, it is used to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and promote overall wellness. Session Format: Sessions are typically offered virtually via Zoom, which allows for a relaxed and comfortable experience from your own space. In-person sessions can be arranged upon request.
